No, you cannot return us customized products, as only regular products are eligible for return at our store.

Yes, you can. In this regard, we recommend you contact us via email with your body measurements. Then, we can deliver the product in your custom fit, which you intend to buy from our store, after making a payment.

You can cancel your order within 7 days of placing it. However, once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

As we use a trackable courier service for order delivery, we provide our customers with a tracking ID/number for their orders. So, you may use the same to track your order status, which you have not yet received or contact our support team for that via Email.

If you receive a defective item, you should report it to us within 3 days of delivery.
