1. How do I order and pay for products?

You can order by selecting any product from our website. Then, select sizing and click add to cart. Leather Jacket Black accepts PayPal, Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover Cards for Payments. 

2. Can I make a change after I’ve placed my order?

As long as the item is not shipped, you can make changes in your order(s). Please send your order number(s) to our customer service for correction. 

3. Where can I look for information on the order I placed? 

Your complete order details ( price of each item, order number, and shipping charges) will be sent to you via email.

4. Is ordering online secure? 

To secure and protect your privacy, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that provides end to end encryption. We use Paypal which is one of the best-secured payment options available. 

5. How long will it take to receive my order?  

Any product you purchase from our store normally takes 4-8 business days to deliver. 

Note:  Due to the global pandemic, there can be slight delays in your orders. You can contact us at sales if your product is not shipped in the mentioned timeline.

6. Do you ship orders worldwide?

7. How will I know if my order has been received?

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within a few minutes.

8. What if my order details are not received?

Immediately contact our customer service team to brief your issues. Visit our return and exchange policy page for more information.

9. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified with the tracking details through an email. You can also track here.

10. Is it possible to cancel my order?

Canceling Within 3 days of your order confirmation will result in a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.

However, canceling the order in a week or 7 days of order confirmation, there will be 45% deduction from the ordered item amount.

No order cancellation, after 7 days of your order confirmation.

13. Do you make customize sizes?

Custom made to measure sizes are available for suits and tuxedos only.

14. Is your size guide in centimeters or inches?

It’s available in both. Please see our size guide page

15. How can I apply coupon? 

You can apply your given code while completing the order at the checkout page. Make sure to use CAPITAL LETTERS. 

16. Do I need to pay the courier? 

No! Locations where we provide Free Shipping (US, UK, Canada) does not required to pay for shipping. 

17. Do I need to pay the courier for returning?

As we provide free shipping at our own cost, we are unable to pay for returning item(s).
