OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Time and Promise:

The delivery of the jacket usually takes 5–7 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

If the courier company is unable to locate your shipment and provides an expected delivery date, the delivery promise will apply from that date.

How Shipment Works

• Express shipping is handled by our trusted partners UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
• All shipments are fully traceable, allowing customers to track their orders easily until delivery.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may leave a note authorizing delivery to a neighbor who can sign on your behalf.
• If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may leave a note with shipment and contact details for further assistance.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Notices You Will Get:

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation notice acknowledging receipt of your order. A detailed invoice copy will also be sent to your email address.

If your order is not successfully registered and you do not receive a confirmation notice, your order cannot be processed or shipped.
