In the year 2016, we were operating offline, however, soon we came to the conclusion that a lot of our loyal customers were having a difficult time because of the distance. As we observed their problem this motivated us to make a change. We decided that we will shift to the online world to offer them better service. We are the experts in making jackets, but when we shifted to the online world, we identified that there are areas where we can improve. While we were offline we only focused on the quality and design of our jackets. Nevertheless, this transition to the online world made us focus on the need to speed up our production and customer service.
