No Restocking Fees

At Leather Jacket Black, we do not charge any restocking fees on returned items. If your return meets our eligibility requirements, you will receive your refund without any hidden deductions.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. The refunded amount will be sent to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
