What is your payment process?
We accept credit card and debit card payments. So, you can make payments to us for orders you place through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Also, you can make payments at our online store with digital wallets, like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
I am uncertain about the product size. How can I choose a perfect fit for me?
Refer to the size chart of the products available for purchase here based on your body measurements. Follow that to order the product in your right size at our store for a perfect fit.
Can I return the product if I am not satisfied or have a size issue?
Yes, you can return the product if it does not meet your expectations or fit you as it should. But please keep in mind that the products you purchase here are eligible for returns within 30 days after delivery. Also, refer to our Return and Exchange Policy to better understand our return process.
Are customized products eligible for returns?
No, you cannot return us customized products, as only regular products are eligible for return at our store.
Can I request a custom fit?
Yes, you can. In this regard, we recommend you contact us via email with your body measurements. Then, we can deliver the product in your custom fit, which you intend to buy from our store, after making a payment.
Can the order be cancelled or changed after it has been placed?
Email us for that before the shipment of the order. However, you cannot cancel or change the order once the item you ordered is shipped.
How can I track my order progress if I haven’t received it yet?
As we use a trackable courier service for order delivery, we provide our customers with a tracking ID/number for their orders. So, you may use the same to track your order status, which you have not yet received or contact our support team for that via phone.
What if I receive a defective item?
If you receive a defective item, you should report it to us within 3 days of delivery. Otherwise, our easy returns policy won’t apply to the damage or defective item you receive.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Our standard shipping rates are $15 and $35 for expedite shipping. Nonetheless, our shipping becomes free for purchases of over $99. Further, our delivery time is 1 to 2 business (working) days after the order has been placed.

Yes, it is secure, as we use secure payment gateways with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information and payment details. Also, we delete your sensitive credit card information and data once your order has been processed for your enhanced security.
