However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, does not fit properly, or arrives damaged, you may initiate a return or exchange through our dedicated return portal within 30 days from the date of delivery.

    Restocking Fees:
    There are no restocking fees for returned items.

    Refund Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed within 2 working days.

    Reporting Issues

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please report the issue within 3 days.

  • Make a request to the customer service team for a size change within 3 days after the arrival of your ordered product.
  • Email us few images of the jacket within three days, if the size is not as per your ordered size, and you will get an exchange/refund for your jacket. (Conditions Applied)
  • No product, color, and measurement changes after 24 hours of your order placement.

No Cancellation once the item is shipped. If you need to cancel the order please email us before the item ship.

  • In the case of product damage during shipment, email us images of the product describing the nature of the damage, within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • If the delay in delivery exceeds 29 working days from the time of order confirmation, customer confirmation, and payment gateway confirmation. Refunds may be carried out.
