In my experience, there is no negotiation. Whatever they say the cost is, that’s the bottom line. The merchandise is of Great Quality. It doesn’t come out of California. It comes from somewhere overseas. It does arrive to you in a timely manner. The size of my vest is quite snug though. I haven’t had my Leather goods season to enjoy them yet. If you have the time for The Leather Jacket to gather the information and design your project, then go for it.
