At Leather Jacket Black, we want our customers to be satisfied when they make their purchase. However, for any reason that may arise, and you don’t feel satisfied or valued, we have made the return process easy and simple.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for every product within 30 days from the time you received delivery. In order to be eligible for return, the items must be unused, in new condition, and should include all the original tags and packaging. We happily accept exchanges for a different size or color, as well as for damaged items, within the same 30-day window. Please feel free to contact us so we can arrange the exchange before shipping the item back.

When your returned order is received, and it is inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method. Please be aware that it might take extra time for your bank or the card company to post your refund.

Conditions for Returns

For an easy return, please make sure your product meets these requirements:

Flawless Condition: The item must be in a new and unworn condition and must have all tags attached. Any returned item showing signs of wear & tear or any damage will not be accepted.

Available For Purchase: The product should be in the same condition as it was at the time you received it, free from any marks.
