Set in London, the drama top boy tells the story of two who are trying to get rich by selling out drugs beacuse that’s the only way they have. The character of Dushane Hill, also known as “Top Boy” on the streets (September 12, 1984 – May 27 or 28, 2020), was a powerful drug lord in Hackney, London. He wasn’t alone in this operation; along with his childhood friend Sully (real name Gerard Sullivan), they co-founded the Summerhouse gang, a force to be reckoned with in the local drug scene. Dushane came from a family unit with his mother Pat Hill, his father Wendell, and his older brother Chris.
