In Case You Did Not Receive Your Order:

For orders still in transit, we humbly ask for your patience.
Contact us to reship or refund in case your parcel has been returned to us or lost.

In Case You Have Received Your Order:

1. If there's no quality problem:

Delivery slower than you expected? You may get a discount or a small present.
Not what you were expecting? Let's discuss a discount or gift for that.

2. About quality-related issues:

Items received broken or defective?
Colour does not match the description?
Items are missing in your package?
Received a different product altogether?

If for any reason this happens, we will be more than happy to arrange a resend or refund at your preference.
